Judgment
Devendra Kachhawaha, J
After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners through video conferencing does not want to press the
present anticipatory bail application but seeks liberty for the petitioners to surrender themselves within a period of 15 days before the concerned trial
Court. Learned counsel also requested for issuing direction to the trial Court to consider and decide the bail application of the accused-petitioners on
the very same day.
Accordingly and in view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the accused-petitioners-
(1)Amarkesh S/o Shri Tikaram and (2)Sitaram S/o Shri Tikaram is dismissed as not pressed.
The accused-petitioners are directed to surrender themselves before the learned Trial Court within a period of 15 days and if they move any regular
bail application, in that eventuality, the learned Trial Court is directed to hear and decide the regular bail application of the accused-petitioners,
preferably on the very same day as per law.
