Judgment

RA/52/2023 has been filed by the complainants against the order dated 11.02.2022 passed by this Commission in CC No.847 of 2017.
The above complaint was filed under Section 12(1)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for the relief of possession as well as other consequential relief. The leave under Section 12 (1) (c) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 was granted for the relief of possession and consequential relief. As the proceeding was in representative capacity as such the person having the sameness of interest can only be permitted to join the proceedings as complainants. The application for review applicants for impleadment was also allowed on the condition that they were interested in the relives claimed in the complaint. At the later stage, some of the complainants cannot be permitted to seek refund of their money as leave was granted for the relief of possession and other consequential relieves. In such circumstances, no relief could have been granted to the review applicants for the refund of the money. There is no error apparent on the face of record in the judgment. Review application has no merit. It is rejected.
