1.

THE appellant has filed a complaint with the allegations that he is a consumer of water connection. He has been paying the bills regularly. THE complainant said that all of a sudden on 5.4.2003 his connection was disconnected. It was reconnected by the employees of the opposite party on 14.6.2003 as alleged by him after the filing of his complaint. It is said that one Sh. Bachi Singh had reconnected the connection.

2.

THE opposite party has denied that neither it was disconnected, nor it was ever reconnected. THEre is no employee like Sh. Bachi Singh with them. No employee of the opposite party had ever disconnected or reconnected the connection of the complainant. It further alleged that in summer vacations, when there is shortage of supply, the supply may be inadequate but there is no question of disconnection. The learned Forum held that there is no proof of disconnection. There is no proof of reconnection. There is no proof of any employee like Sh. Bachi Singh with the opposite party.

The complainant argued the complaint here. Here too he could not prove disconnection and also could not prove that there was any employee like Sh. Bachi Singh with the opposite party. He also did not try to produce any paper before the learned Forum or before us to show that who was that employee who has disconnected the connection or who was that employee who has reconnected the connection. In the absence of any specific proof, the learned Forum was perfectly justified in dismissing the complaint. This appeal has got no force and is liable to be dismissed. ORDER The appeal is hereby dismissed. Cost of this appeal shall be easy. Appeal dismissed.
