It appears that the loan in question was sanctioned in 198485. The applicant shall be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and the applicant shall join the investigation.

The applicant shall also not proceed for abroad, as pointed out by the learned counsel for the Union of India, without permission of the Court but this limitation is for a period of next six months.

The second misc application that a counsel of the accused may also be present at the time of interrogation has been considered and it has been opposed. After hearing, it is ordered that the applicant shall make himself regularly available to the investigating officer as required by section 40 of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 and he shall be entitled to the presence of a counsel in the light of K.T. Advani v. The State, 1985 Criminal Law Journal 1325. The main application as well as the miscellaneous applications stand disposed of Dasti.
