ORDER
Ld. Sr. Counsel on behalf of Operational Creditor is present and submitted that in terms of order dated 13.09.2024, they have filed necessary affidavit under Section 9(3)(b) of the IBC, 2016. Ld. Sr. Counsel on behalf of Corporate Debtor is present on the basis of advance notice and accepts notice for filing reply to this petition. Reply be filed within a period of 2 weeks and rejoinder by the Operational Creditor within 1 week thereafter, if so desire. With the consent of Ld.
