The instant application has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for filing the affidavit, stamp and court fee etc in support of the petition.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioner shall do the needful within a period of three days, when the normal functioning of the Courts begins.
Application is, accordingly, disposed of.

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to take the respondents back to his folds and prays that appropriate direction for mediation between the parties be issued.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Judge, Kupwara that he will try to mediate between the parties and would make all possible efforts to bring the parties to some settlement as respondent No. 2 is only 5 to 6 years old. I am of the considered view that in marital dispute, every effort should be made by the courts to bring the parties to some settlement.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
