ORDER
The claim made by the Applicant in this case already being partially admitted by the Resolution Professional against the claim relating to the pre-admission period, we are of the considered view that we cannot direct the Resolution Professional to admit the amount payable by the Corporate Debtor during post-admission period, this application is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this MA/946/2019 is hereby dismissed with liberty to the Applicant to proceed in accordance with law.
