The controversy involved in the present appeal is squarely covered by a decision of this Tribunal in Geofin Comtrade Limited vs. SEBI (Appeal No. 214 of 2019 decided on June 09, 2022) and other connected companion appeals as well as in Joindre Commodities Ltd. vs. SEBI (Appeal No. 672 of 2021 decided on July 20, 2022) and other connected companion appeals.

In view of the aforesaid, the impugned order is set aside. The appeal is allowed. The matter is remitted to the Whole Time Member (“WTM”) of SEBI to decide the matter afresh in terms of the directions given in Geofin Comtrade Limited vs. SEBI (Appeal No. 214 of 2019 decided on June 09, 2022) and other connected companion appeals as well as in Joindre Commodities Ltd. vs. SEBI (Appeal No. 672 of 2021 decided on July 20, 2022) and other connected companion appeals.

The misc. application is disposed of accordingly.
