Mr. Md. Jalaluddin, learned senior counsel, appearing for the petitioners, would state that his clients are willing to return the principal amount along with interest. However, Mr. P. Tomcha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, would seek to raise certain issue though he is also of the opinion that there is a possibility of the matter being settled out of the Court.
In that view of the matter, the case is adjourned to enable both the learned counsel to use their good offices and attempt to settle the disputes between their clients. It would be necessary that an authorized representative of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited is also made party to the negotiations so that the Oil Corporation would be aware of what is going on.
The meeting shall be held on 25.11.2021 in the chambers of Mr. Md. Jalaluddin, learned senior counsel.
Mr. P. Tomcha, learned counsel, states that he has no objection to attend the meeting at the said venue along with his client.
The outcome of the meeting shall be made known to this Court on the next date of hearing.
Post on 30.11.2021.
Interim order shall continue till then.
Registry is directed to delink CONT.CAS(C). J2 No. 3 of 2021 from these matters and list separately on 08.12.2021.
