Reply/compliance affidavit, stated to have been filed, is not on record. Be taken on record.
Copy of the reply also stands supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Referring contents from the copy of reply received by him, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that vide order dated 23.09.2020, Deputy Director Elementary Education, Bilaspur, has passed order in compliance of order dated 28.11.2016 passed by erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, in O.A. No.6046 of 2016, titled as Akashya Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, and petitioner has been held entitled for revision of Pay Scale. He further submits that this petition may be disposed of with time bound direction to release due and admissible amount in favour of the petitioner.
Learned Additional Advocate General endorses the decision taken in favour of the petitioner by the concerned authority.
In view of above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh as well as concerned Deputy Director Elementary Education to ensure release of amount for which petitioner has been held entitled vide order dated 23.09.2020 placed on record with the reply on or before 31.12.2020.
