Judgment
It is alleged that the impugned order dated May 29, 2020 was never served and that the appellants only came to know when the attachment order was issued. Let a limited reply by the respondent be filed within a week.
List for admission on February 15, 2022. In the meantime, the appellants may also file an amendment / correction application for correction of the date of the impugned order dated May 29, 2020 which has mentioned at various places as May 19, 2020.
Parties will take instructions from the Registrar 48 hrs. before the date fixed in order to find out as to whether the appeal would be heard through video conference or through physical hearing.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a certified copy of this order could be issued by the Registry.
