Judgment
The Antecedents of Mr. Bishwa Ranjan Chaterjee, proposed RP have already been verified by the Registry of this Bench and no adverse remark has been found against him as he has already been appointed as RP vide order dated 21.07.2022 passed in CP (IB) No. 183/Chd/Pb/2021 by this Bench. Thus, there is no need to verify the antecedents of the proposed RP, afresh. Therefore, Mr. Bishwa Ranjan Chaterjee is appointed as Resolution Professional in this matter and is directed to comply with the provisions of Section 99 and file the report accordingly within two weeks.
In the meantime, issue limited notice of this petition to the creditor(s) for presence within two weeks, returnable on or before 23.11.2022. If already issued then learned counsel for petitioner is directed to file affidavit to that effect that notice has been served upon creditor(s) with proof of service before the next date of hearing. List on 23.11.2022.
