Judgment
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred a representation before the Collector. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach respondent No. 3/Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts and Pension, for release of the increment sanctioned by the Collector vide order dated 23.07.2026, annexed as Annexure P-4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case the petitioner files a representation before respondent No. 3, the same be considered in accordance with law, keeping in view the order dated 23.07.2026 passed by the Collector.
