On the application moved by the liquidator for dissolution of the corporate debtor based on the final report filed by him, it is evident that the assets are sold and proceeds have been distributed to the stakeholders of the company as stated under Section 53 of the Code, in view thereof, the corporate debtor is hereby dissolved from the date of this order with a direction to the liquidator to send copy of this order to the RoC concerned within one week hereof.

The Liquidator of the corporate debtor is hereby discharged from his duties assigned to him. Accordingly, this application is hereby allowed.

All the pending applications, if any, are hereby closed.
