Heard Mr. M.F. Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice.

It is submitted by Mr. M.F. Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant writ petitioner along with one Shri Jamat Ali, had earlier approached this Court by way of WP(C) No. 427 of 2018, with regard to the re-constitution of the Managing Committee of Pabomari Girls' SSA U.P. School and this Court at that point of time by order dated 13.03.2020 had directed that the petitioner be allowed to take part in the proceedings/meeting for re-constitution of the said Managing Committee. He submits that in spite of the directions by this Court, by letter dated 11th August, 2021 issued by the respondent No. 4, the petitioner who is the Headmaster of the Pabomari Girls' SSA U.P. School has been sought to be excluded from the proposed meeting for re-constitution of the Managing Committee.

Mr. K.P. Bhattacharjee, learned GA who appears on behalf of the State respondents No. 1 to 5 submits that he may be allowed to take instructions on this aspect with regard to the allegations made by the writ petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the materials on record, prima facie it appears that an interim direction is called for in this regard, at this stage.

Accordingly, it is directed that until further directions from this Court, no further action will be taken by the State respondents with regard to the re-constitution of the Managing Committee of the Pabomari Girls' SSA U.P. School.

Since Mr. K.P. Bhattacharjee, learned GA has entered appearance on behalf of the State respondents, so no further notice is required, the petitioner to take steps upon the respondent No. 6 by registered AD within 3(three) days.

List this matter after 4(four) weeks.
