On having the Corporate Debtor counsel as well as the Operational Creditor counsel stated that CIRP has been initiated against this Corporate Debtor in IBA/130/2019 on 04.09.2019, at request of the parties, this IBA/904/2019 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Operational Creditor to file its claim before the Interim Resolution Professional in the event it has not yet been filed.
