The present application under Section 12A has been moved on behalf of the RP stating that the matter has been settled between the parties. The same has also been endorsed by Ld. Counsel for AF Consult India Pvt. Ltd. It is being stated that the CoC has approved by 98.54% votes thus the petition should be withdrawn in view of settlement between the parties.
Taking into consideration the above-said facts Ld. R.P. has stated that all the dues have already been cleared and the fees have been paid. In view of the same, the present application under Section 12-A of Code stands allowed i.e. IA/1584/ND/2022 CIR proceeding stand terminates. The R.P. stand discharged. The ex-management shall be entitled to take up the management of the Corporate Debtor. IB/1635/ND/2018 stands disposed of.
Accordingly, CIR proceedings stand terminated.
