Judgment
This is an application seeking exemption from filing the certified copy of the impugned order dated 08.09.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), East Khasi Hills, Shillong in Special (POCSO) Case No.56 of 2026 in preferring the accompanying criminal revision petition against the said order.
It is submitted that due to paucity of time, the certified copy of the impugned order could not be obtained by the petitioner and in the interest of justice, it is prayed that the petitioner may be allowed to present the accompanying revision petition without producing the certified copy of the impugned order.
In view of the submission made and considering the fact that the petitioner has not been able to obtain the certified copy of the impugned order, this application is allowed by permitting the petitioner to present the accompanying revision petition without producing the certified copy of the impugned order.
The application stands disposed of.
