Abid vs Zahid and Others

Rajesh Dayal Khare, J—Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist. The present revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 7.5.2015 passed by Additional Judge/Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Allahabad in O.S. No. 497 of 2015 (Mohd. Abid v. Zahir and others).

It is contended by the learned Counsel for the revisionist that on interim injunction application of the revisionist, notices have been issued by the Court below. It has been further contended that the opposite parties are trying to dispossess the revisionist from the premises in question.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the revisionist and after perusing the order impugned as well as the material available on record, this revision is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the Court concerned to consider and decide the pending interim injunction application of the revisionist in accordance with law, most expeditiously, preferably within three months from today in accordance with law, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. For a period of three months or the final decision on the pending interim injunction application of the revisionist, status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by all the concerned.
