ORDER
Counsel for the FC has tendered copy of the Consent Terms filed vide e-filing No. 2709138/01770/2024 and the same has been taken on record and the C.P. is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the FC to revive the C.P. by filing an affidavit in the event of failure of any of the conditions as set out in the consent terms, more particularly in Paragraph 6. The C.P. is disposed of as withdrawn.
