As per the last order, the compliance affidavit has been filed by placing on record the settlement agreement dated 11.01.2022 vide Diary No. 00110/01 dated 19.10.2022. The same is taken on record. As per clause 4 of the said agreement the matter has been finally settled. In view of the said settlement agreement dated 11.01.2022, learned counsel for petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition. Keeping in view the statement made by him, CP(IB) No.301/Chd/Hry/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
