Judgment
K.M. Joseph, J.—Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of the daughter of late Kamaludeen and first Respondent.
We had passed an interim Order dated 22.3.2011. Today the alleged detenue Ms. Shijana was present. She would tell us that she has been selected in a campus selection by a Company and she will have to work at Thiruvananthapuram and she will have to join tomorrow, i.e. on 01.06.2011 and she intends to join at Thiruvananthapuram. She tells us that she will be provided with accommodation by the Company itself at Thiruvananthapuram. Petitioner was also present. He would reiterate that he intends to get married to the alleged detenue.
There is no dispute that the alleged detenue is a major. The first Respondent was also present. We allowed the alleged detenue to interact with the mother. In the circumstances of the case, we do not think that any further directions are necessary except to say that the alleged detenue will be at liberty to take up the employment referred to above and we close the Writ Petition.
