Judgment
N. Nagaresh, J
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner who is a senior citizen, aggrieved by unauthorised parking of vehicle in the private property belonging to
him and his family. In the writ petition, the petitioner also sought for remedial action against the unauthorised structures in the property of the 4th
respondent.
When this writ petition came up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel representing the 3rd
respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, a stop memo dated 14.05.2021 has been issued to the 4th respondent.
As the 3rd respondent has already initiated action in respect of the grievance raised by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no further
orders are required in this writ petition at this stage.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of recording the submission made by the 3rd respondent regarding the issuance of stop memo. The
3rd respondent is directed to finalise the proceedings pursuant to the stop memo issued, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner also.
