Binod Kumar Roy, J.—Since these two writ petitions are interparties which were directed to be heard together and have been heard together they are being disposed of by this common order.

The prayer of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4253 of 1980 is to quash the revisional order, dated 1031980 passed by the Joint Director of Consolidation Basti, in Revision No. 682. The prayer of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 5285 of 1980 is also to quash the same order (Annexure 7) besides the order, dated 2641979 passed by the Consolidation Officer.

Amidst arguments Sri Swaraj Prakash, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4253 of 1980, who are also respondents in Writ Petition No. 5285 of 1980 and Mr. Madhur Prakash learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 5285'' of 1980, who are also respondents in Writ Petition No. 4253 of 1980, agreed and prayed that in the interest of justice the impugned revisional order be set aside and Revision No. 682 be directed to be disposed of afresh by the revisional authority.

As agreed and prayed for the impugned revisional order is set aside in the interest of justice and Revision No. 682 is remitted back to the joint Director of Consolidation, Basti for disposal in accordance with law after giving notices to all parties.

In view of the stand taken by both sides I make no order as to costs in either of the petitions.

Let writs of certiorari issue accordingly.
