The creation of posts and their utilization fall entirely within the domain of the Government.

Hence, we are of the view that it is no longer open to the public, under the garb of Public Interest Litigation, to challenge such policy decisions regarding the inclusion of additional posts, as decided by the Government on 14th March 2026.
The Public Interest Litigation stands dismissed.
