At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner, (Colonization), Chhatargarh Headquarter Bajju, District Bikaner and respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Bajju, District Bikaner may be directed to take an appropriate decision in respect to allotment of the land of Murabba No. 46/31, Killa No.1 to 7, 10, 11, 12, 15 to 25 (total Rakba 20.16 bigha) of the Chak 14 BSD, situated at village Musewala, Tehsil Bajju, Bikaner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the applications pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Bajju, District Bikaner (Annexure-7, Annexure-8 dated 03.05.2023 & Annexure-9 dated 20.10.2023) may kindly be directed to be decided in respect to Chak 14 BSD, situated at village Musewala, Tehsil Bajju, Bikaner.
In view of the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action and pass a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of this order while taking into consideration the order dated 13.10.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Bajju, District Bikaner in respect to allotment of the land in favour of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
