Judgment

Heard Mr. S.A. Sheikh, learned counsel for the petitioner who has submitted that the petitioner has filed an application to implead the person who has since been appointed as the Assistant Teacher of the school in his place, as a respondent in this case. Since the petition would not be complete without the presence of the said respondent, it is therefore prayed that notice may be allowed to be issued upon the said person, arrayed as respondent No. 6 herein.
Prayer allowed. Let notice be issued, the same returnable within 2(two) weeks.
As far as respondents No. 1-3 are concerned, Mr. N.D. Chullai, learned AAG has submitted that he will be representing the said respondents who are also arrayed as respondents in the original petition. Similarly, as far as respondents No. 4 and 5 are concerned, Mr. T. Dkhar, learned counsel has submitted that no formal notice is required to be issued upon such respondents as he is accepting notice on their behalf.
