Despite service of notice to the learned counsel for the caveator, nobody has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 5, who had filed the caveat. The caveat, thus, stands discharged.
The petitioner through the medium of this petition seeks quashment of the impugned order dated 13.10.2022 passed by the respondent No. 2 by virtue of which the respondent No. 2 had dismissed the appeals titled ‘Abdul Aziz vs. Nazir Hussain’ filed by the petitioner pertaining to Mutations No. 437 dated 22.08.1982 and 457 dated 05.01.1983 attested by the respondent No. 4 under section 4 and 8 of Agrarian Reforms Act, 1976 to the extent of land comprising under Survey No. 284 (1OK-O2M) and Mutation Nos. 578 dated 09.08.1986 and 585 dated 29.08.1986 attested by the respondent No. 4 in favour of respondent No. 5 under Section 4 and 8 of Agrarian Reforms Act, 1976 respectively with respect to land falling under Survey No. 278 (3K-18M) situated at Village Fatehpur, Tehsil and District Rajouri against the provisions of Agrarian Reforms Act, 1976.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks.

Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of hearing the operation of the impugned order dated 13.10.2022 shall stay.
