IA 3001/2024

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the Settlement having been arrived at between the parties on 16.05.2024, and on receipt of FORM FA dated 24.05.2024, the present application has been filed for withdrawal of the CP.

In view of the same, the present IA is allowed. The present CP bearing No. CP (IB)/4216(MB)2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of. IA 3001/2024 is allowed and disposed of.
