Avneesh Jhingan, J
Learned counsel for the respondents states that petitioner is not entitled to any special chance as she has already availed chances which are given within five years and also one golden chance. He, on instructions from Mr. Ramesh Kumar, Senior Assistant, Examination Branch, states that no special examination of Chemistry (Theory) of 3rd semester B.Sc (Hons.) is being held on 11.10.2019 for which petitioner has to appear. It is further submitted that a reasoned order would be passed and shall be communicated to the petitioner within 10 days from today.
In view of statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the writ petition. However, he seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the order passed by the respondents.
The writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. Petitioner would also be at liberty to revive the writ petition if statement made today in the Court is not adhered to.
