Judgment
Bhaskar Raj Pradhan, J
The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 13, 15, 16, 27 and 28 submits that on 24.06.2024 he had filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 13, 15, 16, 27 and 28 through CIS and thereafter, he also received the report stating that it has been approved. However, according to the learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioners when he sought to file rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed by respondent nos. 13, 15, 16, 27 and 28 as served to him, he was informed by the Registry to withdraw the rejoinder as the counter affidavit of respondent nos. 13, 15, 16, 27 and 28 was not on record. The Registry to get to the bottom of it before the next date and submit a report.
The learned Additional Advocate General representing respondent no.3 submits that the defect in the counter affidavit filed by them earlier has been cured. The same is taken on record. Two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to file rejoinder, if required.
