By way of the present application, the applicant has sought re-calling of the order dated 01.09.2021.
Mr.Rajpurohit, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in para No.5 of order dated 01.09.2021, this Court has granted liberty to the petitioner to file application for revival of the writ petition, in case the petitioner receives any information that seats in EWS category are lying vacant.
Learned counsel invited Court’s attention towards the notification dated 28.01.2022 (Annexure-A/2) and submitted that total 457 contractual posts have been kept unfilled.
A look at the communication dated 28.01.2022, it can be discerned that 457 contractual posts have been kept unfilled. But a careful reading thereof reveals that such posts have not been kept unfilled, rather select list has not been issued for 457 candidates, as the process of document verification of the concerned (457) candidates is/was pending.
The applicant has not brought on record any document/information which can show that seats in EWS category are lying vacant/unfilled.
Having regard to the State’s stand duly noted in para No.2 of the order dated 01.09.2021, this Court does not find any merit in the present application; the application is therefore, dismissed.
