Judgment
Mr.E.Manoharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5, as per our earlier direction, has submitted that it is true that the applicant has been doing voluntary service by developing and maintaining a small garden with flower yielding plants and the flowers are being given to the Archagar everyday for offering to the deity and there has been some dispute between the applicant and Archagar which has resulted in filling the complaint to the police and application before this Tribunal alleging cutting of trees. However, as per the Executive Officer of the Temple, the matter will be amicably settled including possible permission to the applicant for the purpose of maintaining the garden. The applicant also submits that he has withdrawn the police complaint stated to have been given against the Archagar of the temple.
In view of the same, the application is disposed as withdrawn with an endorsement made to this effect by the applicant. M.A. No.54 of 2017 also stands closed in terms of the above order.
