Judgment
Exhibit P4 is the order of penalty passed against the petitioner. Against this order, petitioner filed Ext.P6 revision, which is accompanied by Ext.P8 delay petition and Ext.P7 stay petition before the additional 4th respondent. The same are pending before the additional 4th respondent. In the meanwhile, it is alleged, coercive proceedings have been threatened. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed.
In the above circumstances, it is directed that the revisional authority, the additional 4th respondent herein, shall consider Ext. P8 delay petition and pass orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at any rate, within a period of two months from today. The additional 4th respondent shall dispose of stay application and delay condonation application simultaneously, and the coercive proceedings be stayed until such orders are passed; which order shall determine the matter thereafter.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the additional 4th respondent for compliance. Parties are at liberty to raise all contentions before the revisional authority.
Writ petition is disposed of.
