ORDER
CA 829/2019 which was also taken on the last date of hearing has been filed invoking the provision of Section 33 of the Code. In view of the submissions recorded vide previous order, this application merits consideration. The consent of the Liquidator, Mr. Nilesh Sharma has been filed. Subject to the filing of certificate of registration, he is being confirmed as the liquidator in this case. Interim reports be filed.
