ORDER

Both the sides are present. Counsel for the Applicant / Liquidator has filed a memo stating therein that the premises, under occupation of the Corporate Debtor, has been vacated and the key of which is handed over to the Counsel for the Applicant in the Open Court. It has further been stated that “the Liquidator may be discharged from all the responsibility and liability, financial or otherwise, in so far as the premises at 4/2, Ram Swathi Tower, Durgabai Deshmukh Road, R.A. Puram, Chennai – 600 028” and the Petitioner may be directed to give such a “discharge / release letter” to the Liquidator. The memo is placed on record and copy of which is given to the other side.

In the light of the memo filed and the fact that the keys of the premises are handed over to the Counsel for the Applicant / Liquidator, the Application stands disposed of with the direction to the Petitioner to give ‘discharge / release letter’ to the Liquidator within a week’s time.
