Detailed Compliance Calendar

1. Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Filings

  • Form FC-GPR (FDI share allotment):
    Must be filed within 30 days of share issuance to non-residents.
  • Form FC-TRS (Transfer of shares between resident and non-resident):
    Must be filed within 60 days of transfer.
  • Form ODI (Overseas Direct Investment):
    Filed at the time of investment abroad; updates required for subsequent changes.
  • Annual FLA Return (Foreign Liabilities and Assets):
    Due by 15 July every year.
