New Restoration Application 11/2024:-
This application has been filed seeking restoration of Appeal No. 65/252(ND)/2023 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 08.01.2024.
We have heard the submissions made by the Learned Counsel and perused the records. We are satisfied with the reasons given in the application and direct that the Appeal No. 65/252(ND)/2023 be restored to its original position, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited in Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund within one week. The Appellant shall file proof of deposit within one week after depositing the cost.
