Md. Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks three weeks’ time for filing rejoinder affidavit in connection with WP(C) No. 20 of 2021. At the same time, Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned GA also seeks three weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents in connection with WP(C) No. 21 of 2022.

Both the prayers are allowed.
