1. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a detailed factual report sent by SHO, Police Station, Kotwali, District Bhilwara, as per which, after thorough investigation, the Investing Officer found the dispute to be of civil nature and a negative final report has been submitted before the learned Magistrate on 14.09.2023. In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the instant criminal misc. petition.

2. Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition is disposed of.
