1. Notice. Mr. Rupinder Singh, learned Additional Advocate General and Ms. Shreya Chauhan, learned Counsel, appear and waive service of notice

on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2, respectively. On instructions of Ms. Shreya Cauhan, learned Counsel, Mr. K.D. Shreedhar, learned Senior

Counsel, also appears for respondent No. 2.

2. By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

 “It is, therefore, respectfully submitted that keeping in view the submission made here in above the present petition/application may kindly be

allowed and the Ld. Arbitrator cum Divisional Commissioner Mandi Division Mandi, H.P. be granted further more time to complete the arbitration

proceedings or any other relief as this Hon’ble Court deem may kindly also be granted in favour of the applicant/petitioner in the larger interest of

natural justice and justice be done.â€​

3. The Court stands informed that in similar matters, i.e. in Arbitration Case No. 126 of 2022, titled as Sh. Ram Chand vs. Land Acquisition Officer

and another and other connected matters, decided on 01.12.2022, this Court has been pleased to dispose of the said petitions by granting extension to

the learned Arbitrator to decide the arbitration proceedings up to 30th June, 2023.

4. Accordingly, this petition is also disposed of by observing that the findings which have been returned by this Court in Arbitration Case No. 126 of

2022, titled as Sh. Ram Chand vs. Land Acquisition Officer and another and other connected matters, decided on 01.12.2022, shall ipso facto be

construed to have been passed in the present petition also.

Let Arbitral proceedings in case No. 1033 of 2017, be decided by learned Arbitrator within a period of six months from today.

3. The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
