1. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behhalf of appellant-husband and submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated 25th August, 2023 of
the Family Court, dismissing his petition for dissolution of the marriage. The appeal was presennted on reported delay of 178 days. Application has
been made for coondonation.
2. Issue notice along with this order on the appplication and the appeal. Accept one set of process fee for service by registered/speed post with AD.
