1. We have heard counsel for the petitioner in all the aforesaid Broadcasting Petitions. We have also heard counsel for the respondent no.2 in all the

aforesaid Broadcasting Petitions.

2. Counsel for respondent no.2 is seeking time to file reply which is granted till the next date of hearing.

3. Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 in Broadcasting Petition no.439/2023, Broadcasting Petition no.440/2023 and in Broadcasting Petition

no.443/2023, is seeking time to file reply which is granted till the next date of hearing.

4. Nobody appears for the respondent no.1 in rest of the matters. Affidavits of service of notice have already been filed. Hence, with a view to give

one more chance to the respondent no.1, who are not being represented, these matters are adjourned to 22.4.2024.

5. Meanwhile, interim relief granted vide our order dated 7.12.2023 shall stand continue to be operative during the pendency of these Broadcasting

Petitions.
