1. The Registry of this Court has informed that B.P.Nos.312, 314 and 316 of 2021 are proceeding ex-parte against Respondent No.1 in terms of
Order dated 11.11.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Tribunal. Respondent No.2 in B.P.No.314 of 2021 is also ex-parte as per Order dated 6.1.2022.
Respondent No.2 in B.P.Nos.310, 311, 312, 313, 315, 316 and 317 of 2021 has been deleted from the array of the parties vide Order dated 6.1.2022.
The Registry has also informed that evidence affidavits have been filed by Respondent No.1 in B.P.Nos.310, 311, 313, 315 and 317 of 2021.
