The AQI for kochi is too high for last few days and it's high during the nights.
Could you please verify the AQI from your end.
My Son again experienced breathing issue after a long time now .
We are staying in trippunithura location.
Please check whether someone again started burning the waist in Brahmapuram or is it due to some other cause
3. The applicant has also reproduced contents of email sent by him on 21.03.2023 at 11.40 A.M. and the relevant part thereof is reproduced as under:-
It has noted that the AQI for kochi, Kerala is again raised to 495 yesterday.
This raise in PM value was raised long back in Manorama news paper as well before the Brahmapura fire.
That means the old issue is reoccurred after the normal reports for last few days.
The hike is observed mostly in night when vehicle pollution is very less. That points to some hidden source which might be intensional and putting the people life in danger while they sleep.
As advised by National Green Tribunal earlier, the then collector had meeting before but state pollution control team provided strange response that it was due to Vehicle pollution. That's funny considering the vehicle numbers are less during early morning hours.
My son was suffering from breathing issue from last few months and so the same case for small children in this city.
I am looping National green tribunal and central pollution control board in this email.
Also looping Kochi mayor, Manorama editor, Ministers, Kochi MP in this email.
Hope to see an action will be taken on this for all .
