1. Three weeks’ time is allowed to the respondent to file a reply. Three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder. List for admission and for final disposal on May 15, 2024.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appellant is directed to deposit 25% of the penalty amount within four weeks from today. If the said amount is deposited, balance amount should not be recovered. Stay application is disposed of.
